Estate sales, or estate liquidations, are sales that take place in your home or business. It’s a method of selling the entire contents of all (or nearly all) the deceased or downsizers’ possessions. It can be a challenge to try this herculean task on your own. Allow us to take care of everything.

First, PLEASE do not discard anything. You don’t want to throw away money! Allow us to research, sort, stage, photograph and price your estate properly. We have the newest wireless and tap credit card equipment, folding tables, dress racks, and professional signage along the marketing ability to reach the best audience for your collection.

Whether a “full” estate with over twenty years of accumulation or simply artwork, jewelry, tools, clothing, or records; please allow us to come out and make an informed decision. We’ve had instances where small collections commanded more than an entire packed home.

Your check is ready minus our commission, 2-3 days after the sale. You will receive via email, a report outlining the daily happenings at your sale and a list of items sold over $100. Payment can be sent via bank wire, Zelle, Fed-Ex, or our bank’s cashier’s check. Your call!

We work on a commission basis and never charge an upfront fee. We benefit the more we sell!

Yes, we can work with the court executor to inventory the assets and provide an appraisal.

We often liquidate homes with family members that are not local. Do you have a trusted friend or family member here in town? The family attorney or Realtor? Or perhaps you are just here in town for a couple of days. Let’s speak! We can perform your sale, pack up any important or personal items including furniture, and ship it to you!

Then, it comes to the Estate Sale.

• While we offer various options, clients who decide that an estate sale suits them best will be helped through the process, from beginning to end. We also could look at options like an online auction, consignment, or something else.
• We will discuss your items and bring in appraisers to properly valuate the estate. After which we price the items and tag them for buyers.
• We will schedule the sale and market it. We have a large network of buyers that we tap into and we will also advertise the sale to bring in new buyers who are in the market for the items you are selling.
• We will take photos of all the items, publish those photos and item descriptions online and send the photos out to the 1000’s of decorators and buyers that we work with.
• We will stage the sale. We bring in our staging team that will help turn your home into a showroom with your items properly presented for the best possible results.
• We will handle all the signage, directions, handle buyer phone calls and handle all the logistics.
• We staff your event. We bring in our team to work your estate sale, process transactions, help customers and even provide security when needed.
• We offer buyers multiple forms of payment including credit / debit cards.
• We handle all the accounting and provide an itemized list of all items sold.
• Once the sale is over, we offer services and staff that can help with clean up and moving if necessary.

Depending on your items, we may also bring in people that can help identify certain items and evaluate if those items are better suited for auctions or consignments.
